A healthy lifestyle and habits will prolong your youthful appearance much longer. Here are the things that you can do to promote and sustain your beautiful complexion.

  1. Eat breakfast: As the word means to break the fast. After eight hours of fasting, your body and your brain need nourishment and fuel to start a new day with energy. Do not skip breakfast. Research shows that breakfast eaters generally are thinner than breakfast skippers. Taking breakfast also improves memory and learning.

  1. Consume more fruit and vegetables: According to a study of 2,900 young adults by Boston’s Children Hospital, those who ate the most fiber gain 5% less weight than those who ate the least.

  1. Drink green tea: It is one of the easiest, quickest ways to infuse the body and brain with antioxidant and with virtually no calories

  1. Look things at the bright side: Your appearance will be affected negatively if you are gloomy and lacking in energy. A positive outlook will generate a healthy image and it will be shown on your face- bright, cheerful, and full of energy. When you are down you look haggard, listless, and without life.
