To live life fully and meaningfully you need to possess the following 7 things:

  1. Health and fitness: Your health and fitness will send positive vibrations to other areas of your life. Your mind is fresh, you look at things on the bright side and you are in top form. The other thing is that when you exercise to keep fit you also promote creativity. Keeping healthy and fit is the best thing that you can do to yourself in life.

  1. Financial freedom: I am not asking you to be wealthy. All you need to do is to maintain your financial independence that you can live within your means and without having to depend on others. You will also possess the essential material wealth to enjoy yourself in life.

  1. Lasting relationships: Harvard researchers reported that strong social ties could promote brain health as we age. People with strong friendships have lower stress levels. A close-knit family has a profound positive psychological effect on us. In other words, your spiritual and physical well-being is impacted favorably by your mutual connection with others.

  1. Knowledge and an appreciation of beauty: The only way to keep on top of things is to constantly update ourselves with the latest knowledge and information. We have to absorb the influx of new knowledge efficiently and effectively because there is too much information out there to digest. While we are doing that we must pause to appreciate and enjoy beautiful things in life such as literature, art, and music. A thing of beauty is a joy forever.

  1. Optimism: Your self-esteem and your self-confidence depend very much on your positive mental attitude. Whether a cup is half full or half empty depends on your thinking, and you are right. However, when your thoughts are positive you improve the chances of your success in whatever you do in life.

  1. Mission in life: You have your interest and passion in life. You are pursuing it fervently. It means a lot to you. There is something that you can look forward to every day. And you know what you do brings tremendous benefits to others.

  1. Kindness: We live in a world full of misery, agony, and sadness. By doing random acts of kindness to others we cheer them up, we bring them hope and we boost their self-esteem. Spread kindness around to make this world a better place to live.
