Hair loss is closely linked to your diet and your well-being. You need to observe the following:

· The temperature of the water should be around 30 degrees C. Don't use the hairdryer too long every time you dry your hair
The last tip is very important. Use soap instead of shampoo to wash your hair. You know the good old soap. “Lux” was a popular brand before shampoo came into the picture. I have switched to soap for a few months and I can see positive results. My hairdresser has confirmed that there is" baby hair” growing on my head. You have to be patient.
