Vitamins

Vitamin C: It helps to reduce the risk of cataracts and AMD (age-related macular degeneration). It also helps to alleviate glaucoma by reducing the pressure in the eyes.

Vitamin E: It inhibits excessive glucose cross-linking that affects eyesight.

Beta-carotene: It is converted by the body into vitamin A, as and when required. A mild lack of vitamin A may cause rapid tiring of the eyes. You may be also sensitive to bright lights.
