Immune system and multivitamins

According to various clinical studies nutrients work best in combination with each other rather than singly to allow your immune system to operate at optimum level. Other clinical studies also showed that there was an increase in the number of immunity cells in their body when they consumed supplements with combined nutrients. In USA one particular study revealed that elderly people who consumed multivitamins continuously for six to twelve months showed substantial improvements in cellular immunity. Taking a supplement on a regular basis will also boost our nutrient intake from sub-optimal to optimal levels.
