Be Prepared Be lucky

Be prepared be lucky

Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.  Seneca

What can you do so that you are luckier? The best thing is to get ready and be prepared.
Here are things that you can do to attract good luck:

  1. Sharpen the saw: Are you physically, mentally, and emotionally fit? Exercise regularly to be active and energetic. Follow a balanced diet and live a healthy lifestyle. Live within your budget and avoid debt. Avoid bad habits such as getting up late or being disorganized. Be more productive by doing more in less time. Read widely to keep yourself updated. Believe in yourself, be positive, and think you can do it in the face of challenges.

  1. What are your strengths: What are you good at? Capitalize on your strengths and develop your potential to excel in the area of your expertise. Be knowledgeable so that people will look towards you for guidance and advice.

  1. Creative: You don’t follow the crowd. You have to be ahead of them. Conceive and develop original ideas is the most effective way to do a thing in a different and better way.

  1. Savings: You save regularly and accumulate a substantial amount when you live within your means. You are ready to invest when an opportunity presents itself.

  1. Skills: It is essential to acquire more skills especially when you are looking for a job or at work. Employers value those who are multi-skilled. You boost your chances to be employed and less likely to be fired in a downturn.

  1. Learn more about investing: The whole idea is to open up passive income streams. Invest your hard-earned money so that it works hard for you while you are sleeping. Find out more about property and stock investing for the long term.

  1. Learn from others: There are others who are well-informed and talented. You have to be humble and learn from them their secrets to success

  1. Change: Don’t do things the same old way because you will be getting the same results. Think of new ways to get things done to change your luck for the better. When there is a change there will be improvement and progress.

Luck affects everything. Let your hook always be cast; in the stream where you least expect it, there will be a fish.

  1. Thank you, great article.

I am definitely going to use the information.

For example, You made me realise that I find myself getting up late a couple of times a week due to working late the night before, which then puts me in a disorganised state and I am less productive first thing compared to other mornings.
