- Desires: The desire to have more material things disrupts your peace of mind. More importantly, it destabilizes your financial freedom. Usually, you will incur unmanageable debt to satisfy your wants and end up bankrupt. It is also essential to curb your sexual appetite; do not take advantage of others to satisfy your lust.
- Lies: When you tell a lie you need to tell more lies to support the first lie. Can you remember all your lies? When the truth is out you have no place to hide. Tell the truth and you don’t have to remember anything. Honesty is the best policy.
- Pretence: Don’t wear a mask to hide your true self. Each and every one of us is the sum of our strengths and weaknesses. There is no need to hide your weak spot. Be sincere and truthful and people will respect and admire you when you are candid
- Bully: Don’t use force just because the other person is weak physically. Use your strength to protect those who need to be protected and fight against other bullies.
- Revenge: Forgive and forget; the thought of getting even disturbs your peace of mind and you cannot act rationally. Be kind and you will be at peace with yourself.
