10 Tips to be a Good Employer

An employer-employee relationship is about looking after the interest of each other for mutual benefits. It is wise for the employer to start the ball rolling by treating them fairly, adequately, and as fellow human beings. Here are the top 10 tips to be a great employer:


  1. Compensate your employees fairly and adequately: Pay According to the market rate or better. It is prudent to retain good staff by adequately compensating him rather than incurring the additional hiring costs and the inconvenience of training a new staff every now and then.
