Avoid Anxiety Feel Good

Avoid anxiety feel good

According to the Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English, anxiety is the feeling of being very worried about something. The main causes of anxiety are fear and worry. How do you free yourself from anxiety? There are many ways to do it:

1.       Your thoughts: Most of the time, your negative thoughts create a feeling of restlessness. You are worried that you cannot get something done on time or you feel that you cannot handle a given job well. It is important not to allow these self-limiting and self-defeating beliefs to enter your mind. One effective way is to use negative thoughts to trigger positive ones. Another way is to think of your past achievements and previous successes to reinforce your self-esteem and confidence. You can also imagine good things because your mind can’t tell the difference between a real experience and an imagined one.

2.       Mindful: Mindfulness is a sure cure for anxiety. You concentrate on the task at hand without thinking of the past or worrying about some future events. Your mind is not disturbed and you are at peace. You are in a state of flow.

3.       Relax your body and mind: How do you know you are relaxed? If you are breathing easily and deeply and your body is not tensed. Your heartbeat is regular and not faster than normal. You are truly feeling calm with a clear and peaceful mind. Meditation is a great way to be cool, calm, and collected. It reduces stress. You  get inner peace and avoid anxiety

4.       Exercise: Perspiration is one fantastic way to fight anxiety. Exercise, such as jogging, clears the clutter in your mind. As you jog, you take in the fresh air and send in more oxygen into your brain. You will feel good about yourself.

5.       Simple life: Living a simple life is an effective way to combat anxiety. Pay attention and focus on those things that are important to you and do not allow those small staff to overwhelm you.  You are more productive with fewer things to do without feeling stressed.

6.       Go slow: Doing things in a hurry is the sure way to build up pressure. You breathe fast and it causes anxiety in you. Working a little slower and paying a little more attention are the best ways to get things done efficiently. One good habit is to take breaks while at work. A break allows you to relax your mind and renew your energy before you resume working.

7.       Take charge of your life: The main cause of anxiety is that you are not organized. Plan ahead and work your plan is the best way to beat anxiety because you are really in control. It is when you do not what and when to do that worries you and creates fear.

8.       Positive attitude and reaction:  Choose to think positively so that you will develop a positive attitude.  You will look at things with an open mind and react to events with flexibility. A positive attitude is a way to be happy and free yourself from anxiety.

Anxiety is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind.  If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained.  ~Arthur Somers Roche
