Tai Chi Quan (太极拳) for Happiness and More

Tai Chiu Quan

The first thing I do when I get up early in the morning is to have a round of Tai Chi for about fifteen minutes. As the movements of Tai Chi are slow and graceful I feel calm, relaxed and a sense of inner peace after the exercise.

Tai Chi is a form of meditation in motion. It is suitable for all ages and is risk-free. It consists of 108 (the long-form) soothing, relaxing, and continuous movements or postures. When you practice Tai Chi does not allow your mind to wonder about. You will reap the full benefits by concentrating on the smooth movements. The other thing is that you must be relaxed. Do not tense your body. .It is best performed in the open air in the morning. It helps you start a new day with the right frame of mind, body, and spirit.

When you combine deep breathing with Tai Chi Quan you enjoy tremendous benefits mentally, physically, and spiritually.
