To enjoy the glow of good health, you must exercise.
The most important point is to break your existing habits and replace them with new and healthy ones. You need to think of all the benefits in the world to motivate you to change your habits. Besides, you also want to avoid critical illnesses. Don’t exercise only when you have serious health problems. It’s too late.
I have a friend who is very hardworking and exercise is not his priority. One day he suffered a stroke. He was lucky to recover and not bedridden. Now he has to exercise twice daily in order to rehabilitate. Sadly, he has lost his vitality, his energy, and the alertness he used to enjoy. I guess he has regretted not taking care of his health, but it is too late. He is not old but he behaves like one.
Do not procrastinate, do it now. Do not wait for a stroke to strike. It’s too late. Replace your current habits now with healthy habits to reap all the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. You will be sure to enjoy your life very much better than before when you exercise every day.
