When you are happy you are healthy

According to a study by Dr. Andrew Steptoe of University College London on 5000 healthy British adults, he found that those who reported happier moods had lower average cortisol levels. Cortisol is a 'stress' hormone when chronically elevated, may contribute to high blood pressure, abdominal obesity and dampened immune function, among other problems. So, don't worry, be happy and you will be healthier.
