Look after your heart with nuts

The Harvard Nurses' Health study which involved some 90,000 women showed that women who ate an ounce of nuts at least five times a week for 14 years lowered their risk of heart disease by 30%. Nuts are rich in fiber and monounsaturated fats, known to counteract heart disease. Nuts are also packed with various antioxidants, vitamin E and selenium.

Next time when your entertain your friends serve them with nuts especially almonds and walnuts.
