Be organized at work

How do you have more time to yourself in the office to do creative thinking and planning?
You can look at the job from different angles:

The work itself
Allocation of your time to do your job
Your working environment
The way you look at your work

The work itself: Arrange your work in such a way that the work flows smoothly and efficiently from one task to another and from the beginning of the month until the end of the month.

Allocation of your time to do your job: Have a "To-do" list every day and do the tasks according to priorities. Assignments given by your boss should be done first. After that your work should follow nicely according to your normal flow as mentioned above. As soon as you finish your tasks on the list you tick them off. You will have a feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day.

Your working environment: You may not be neat at your work place but you must arrange your things in such a way that you are able to look for them easily.

The way you look at your work: Look at your work positively. You spend a third of your day or even more at work, it's better to be happy than grumpy. Positive attitudes produce positive actions at the work place.
