Positive and negative stress

Stress helps you to concentrate, focus and reach peak efficiently. When the challenge is over you take time to relax and enjoy the achievements. This is positive stress. Stress becomes negative when you are unable to relax after meeting the challenge. When you are constantly under stress you are nervous and you can't sleep. Your stomach is upset.You have headache and many other ailments. Learn to manage stress by recognizing it when it occurs. Next, use some relaxation techniques to neutralize the effect of stress. Finally, by adopting a positive mental attitude and a healthy lifestyle you will be able to manage stress.
