  • The fourth element is about having good health and enough energy to get things done on a daily basis: Your Physical Wellbeing.

Well-being is about feeling good, healthy and happy. Here are 10 simple ways to boost your well-being:

1.      Exercise: An active lifestyle is a healthy lifestyle. Energy is derived from a healthy body. Energy boosts productive.

2.      Kindness and forgiveness: To be in a state of serenity and getting peace of mind is to hold no grudges and forgive the wrong doings of others done towards us.  Kindness is the way of personal well-being. Giving promotes happiness to the giver as well as the receiver.

3.      Live within your means: Live you own way of life according to your means. A debt-free life is a care-free life. You sleep soundly every night because you know what you own is all yours.
