Productivity is not working non-stop. It is not doing more or multitasking. Productivity is about doing the right things to give you the greatest impact on life. Here are the approaches to be productive meaningfully:


1. Early riser: Productive people look forward to each new day with eagerness. There are meaningful things waiting for them to be done. They welcome each new day with hope and high expectations. They do not need an alarm clock to wake them up. They wake up and get up early with good feelings about themselves. They know that morning is the most productive time in a day because their mind is fresh and they can do work like planning ahead without being disturbed.

2. Getting organized: Each new day has been properly planned and organized. Their to-do list tells them the things to be done and the right sequence to do it. Things get done smoothly without stress or in a hurry.

3. 80/20 rule: Productive people get the most important things done in a very short time and they do the rest of the tasks when there is time. They are fully aware of the fact that 80% of the results derived from 20% of their effort.

4. There is a time to take a break: Taking breaks is necessary to clear the clutter in their mind and regain their composure so that after a break they are even more productive

9. Meeting personal objectives: Productivity is achieving daily objectives in relation to their long-term goals. So it is important to prioritize and execute those tasks.

Productivity is not about getting more things done in a day. It is about doing what is important to you and immersing in what you are doing. Satisfaction, fulfillment and happiness are what you get out of productivity.
