Conceive positive emotions when you are anxious or something is bothering you. Positive emotions influence your mind in a healthy way. You will be less stressed; much more collected and feel more at ease. Generate the following emotion when you are in a worrisome situation:

  1. Be happy: Make the right choice; be cheerful instead of feeling down and out. When you are happy you look at the sunny side of things.

  1. Be positive: Your positive mindset will focus your mind on the bright side of a situation. The outlook, after all, may not be as troublesome as you have thought initially.

  1. Be optimistic: Every cloud has a silver lining. The things that you worry about maybe a blessing in disguise. Think of a solution and act on it.

  1. Be confident: You are very sure that there is a way out to overcome the problem.

  1. Be kind: Kindness shifts your attention to others. When your feeling is outgoing, you worry less about yourself.

  1. Be motivated: Your past successes in life will spark off bright ideas and solutions to the things that you are concerned about.

  1. Be calm: A calm mind means you are able to look a situation clearly and act in a reasonable way.

  1. Be creative: Come up with an original idea on the things that bug you. Instead of exhausting the mind with all your worries, put on your thinking cap.

  1. Be courageous: Do not hesitate, go ahead, and do it. It is better than standing still.

  1. Be passionate: Working on the things that you are interested in will free your mind from anxiety.

  1. Be hopeful: Have faith in the future. Expect things to turn up right

  1. Be mindful: Concentrate on the task at hand. While you are at it, you will forget about your worry.

Harness the power of positive emotions in your daily life.
