It is about appreciating what you have. You are contented with your life. You
think of all the goodness in life. Gratitude is living in abundance and

3. Kindness:
Be kind to yourself and to others. Be compassionate and speak kind words. Seek
forgiveness instead of vengeance. Kindness promotes peace of mind and happiness
within.

mindset: Be optimistic, look at the bright side of things. Positive thinking motivates
