  9. Eat carbohydrates with a low glycemic index
  10. Take basic supplements
  11. Kick the fad habit
  12. Exercise your religious faith
  13. Avoid high-fructose corn syrup
  14. Get enough rest
  15. Use only canola and extra –virgin oil
  16. Eat organic foods
  17. Decrease alcohol use
  18. Get more omega-3
  19. Reduce exposure to contagious diseases
  20. See your doctor

  1. It always amazes me how prevalent the role stress has become in life. As far as your 25 steps - I really appreciate the advice about processed foods. With a busy lifestyle - it's easy to fall into a habit of relying on this type of food when you are short on time. I will start to think twice about it now.
