The "IMPACT" of good business manners

To show that you care for the feelings of others, David Robinson mentions the following golden rules in his book "Business Etiquette":

Integrity: Demonstrate that you are an honest, truthful and trustworthy person.
Manners: Do not be selfish, boorish and undisciplined.
Personality: Behave in such a way that your qualities can be appreciated.
Appearance: Dress appropriately for the occasion. Project a good image of yourself physically.
Consideration: Take into account the view of the other person.
Tact: Think before you speak
