10 Ways to Feel Good

Feel good


Do you feel good about yourself, especially when you wake up in the morning? When you are upbeat about yourself, it signifies many positive things about your thinking, feelings, and the way you do things.


1. Confident: You are sure of yourself and believe confidently that you are able to get things done according to the way you do it. It is because you have planned ahead and organized your tasks according to their importance.

2. Progress: You monitor your performance regularly. You notice there is an improvement in what you do and you see small successes along the way. What you have accomplished promotes great feelings in you.

3. Positive thoughts: Thinking good is feeling good. Positive thoughts always cheer you up, make you happy and get you peace of mind.

4. Determination: Your confidence grows when you make progress in what you do, you work harder because you are determined to do better than before and you think you will be successful.

5. Live the way you want: You are not worrying about other people’s thinking about you. You just feel good to follow your dreams and aspirations to do what you intend to do and live the life you want to be.

6. Goals: Goals are a wonderful source of motivation and hope. Every day when you get up in the morning, there is a good feeling in you because there is always something to look forward to in life.

7. Competent: Another good feeling about yourself is the ability to excel in what you do. You are able to provide solutions to problems in the area of your expertise and people follow you because you are able to lead them.

8. Energetic: Feeling energetic belongs exclusively to those people who exercise regularly. When you, as an example, jog outdoors, you sweat, perspire and accelerate your heartbeats, you improve your stamina. You feel calm and relaxed.

9. Productive: Being productive is an indication of effective time management. You get things done according to priorities as listed in your to-do list. At the end of the day, you will be more than happy to know that it has been a great day.

10. Contentment: Satisfaction is an appreciation of your life and the things you enjoy. Fulfillment is the feeling that you are able to achieve what you want to do in life. When what you do is for the good of others, there is an even greater good feeling in you.
