There are many ways to live an abundant life and be happy. How do you live life happily? Take the cue from the following list:
Diet
When it comes to eating, you can sometimes help yourself more by helping yourself less. ~Richard Armour

3. Drink water
4. Good appetite
5. Pay attention and eat slowly, do not eat and do something else
6. Take a multi-vitamin-mineral tablet every day
