7 Ways to be Free and Happy

  • You have the power to make a CHOICE and CHANGE  from NEGATIVITY  to POSITIVITY
  • You can apply this simple  concept to free yourself from the following negative aspects of life and be happy


    1. Free from anxiety: Usually you worry about the future. In the first place, the future is unknown and unpredictable and beyond your control. Secondly, most of the time the things that you worry about do not happen. The best thing is to concentrate your mind and soul in the present doing the best you can to shape a positive outcome in the future. In short, live in the present and enjoy what you do and don’t attach too much to the results.
    2. Free from regrets: The other thing is not to allow the blunders and the failure in the past to enter and occupy your mind. What is done cannot be undone and it is a waste of energy to dwell on it. The best thing is to learn a few valuable lessons and move on in life with confidence. 
    3. Free from inaction: One of the best ways is to be energetic and to feel the zest in you. However, you have to exercise every day to be fit and healthy to feel the energy in you. Always look for the benefits in whatever you do so that you can take immediate action. Nothing is going to happen if you don’t take action.
    4. Free from debt: Spending less than your income is the best assurance that you will not overspend and incur debt. When you are debt-free you get peace of mind. Happiness is also enjoying what you have and be contented.
    5. Free from depression: As I have mentioned earlier all you need to do is to change your mindset. Be an early riser and when you wake up feed your mind with cheerful thoughts and feel good about yourself. Your positive emotions will influence your behaviour positively and make you happy.
    6. Free from hopelessness:  When you have no goals, there is no direction in life and there is nothing to expect and so there is nothing to hope for. Set meaningful goals. Go for something you do best and you are passionate about. You will find enjoyment in what you do and you look forward to each new day with eagerness.
    7. Free from boredom: When you have goals you will find meaning in life as you get fulfilling and satisfaction out of what you do. It is also a thrill to get what you are after at the end of the day.
 
When your mind is free from negative thoughts, your mind is free and you embrace happiness and peacefulness.
