Avatar in 3-D and your Dream World

It's Your world
Sarah Ban Breathnach

"The world needs dreamers and the world needs doers. But above all, the world needs dreamers who do."

I have seen Avatar in 3-D recently. To me, it is just a movie. However, for some people, it is an escape from the real world to a place of their dream. Actually, you can conceive and create an ideal world of your own. Here are ways to shape your world:

Positive emotions: What is your mood now? How do you feel? Are you happy, excited, and full of hope and expectations? Your world is decided by your mood and your emotions. Generate positive emotions to create a world of contentment and satisfaction.

Energy: Are you feeling down and listless? Feel the energy within you on a daily basis. Wake up in the morning and look forward to a new day with excitement. One effective way to energize yourself is to be physically active every day.

Pandora in the real world: In Malaysia, you can go to Cameron Highlands or Fraser’s Hill. These are places like Pandora. Go there and embrace nature from time to time to escape from the concrete jungle. Enjoy the cool air, catch the butterflies, watch the animals in action and feel and touch the rushing streams and waterfalls. You can also visit China where there is s scenic spot resembles the floating mountains as depicted in the movie

Peace and calm: Go to a quiet place do nothing and think of nothing, just listen to the surrounding, and enjoy a peaceful moment. Indulge in calmness peace and tranquility.

Visualize your dreams – Imagine and visualize your world and see it in your mind’s eyes. Focus your attention to develop and realize your dreams.

You can make this place a better place to live by changing the world. For those things that you cannot change; just change yourself. Make the best out of what you have and be happy and contented with the situation. Our world is more than 3-D without wearing special glasses. We can connect and communicate. Can you get in touch with Na'vi people?
