| Teaching Your Child to Tell the Truth |
Your child learns by what you do. When you promise him something and it does not materialize, it conveys a message that your words mean nothing. So he thinks that telling a lie is OK. The best thing to do when you can't honour your words, explain to your child in a nice way. If you want your child to tell the truth you have to be truthful to him.
